The rent shown for my area seems outdated — how often is it updated?
Rent data is refreshed regularly from current market listings. Each area and hub page displays the date of the last update at the bottom of the rent table. If you see data that looks significantly off from current market rates, email us with the area name, BHK type, and what you're seeing — we'll investigate and update.
Can I add my flat to Rentowise?
Rentowise is not a listing platform — we don't host individual flat listings or connect tenants and landlords directly. We are a data and analysis tool that helps you decide which neighbourhood to target before you start flat-hunting on the regular portals.
My commute time to my office is completely different from what you show.
Our commute estimates reflect peak-hour traffic conditions (7–10 AM / 5–8 PM) using zone-specific congestion multipliers — not real-time traffic. Your actual commute can vary by day, season, and exact route. The estimates are intended as planning benchmarks, not GPS navigation. If you believe the estimate is systematically wrong for a specific area-office pair, email us with the details.
