Two good options — but the right one depends on where you work. Here's the honest breakdown.
Share on WhatsAppPimple Nilakh is ₹9,500 cheaper on 2BHK rent. Hadapsar has a shorter commute to more offices. The right choice depends on where you work.
Pimple Nilakh saves ₹9,500/month on 2BHK rent compared to Hadapsar — that's ₹114,000 per year. Over a typical 2-year rental tenure, that gap adds up to ₹228,000. Since Pimple Nilakh also has competitive commute times, it is the stronger all-round value pick.
Hadapsar is in South Pune; Pimple Nilakh is in West Pune — they serve different office clusters. Professionals working in the South belt will almost always find Hadapsar faster; those in the West corridor should favour Pimple Nilakh.
Neither area has Pune Metro access, so both require cab, auto, or own vehicle for most commutes. PMPML buses (₹900/month unlimited pass) serve both areas but substantially extend travel time on peak-hour routes.
Pimple Nilakh has the clear rent advantage — ₹9,500 cheaper per month for 2BHK.
